WHY I CREATED THE WEEKLY TRAINING
Developing is rewarding - but nobody learns it all in one course.
Weekly Training to Help You Think Like a Developer.
Join an ongoing development learning experience built around real deals, real numbers, practical tools, expert conversations, and continuous learning.
Every Deal Teaches You Something Different.
Every property is different. Every market is different. Construction changes. Financing changes. Zoning matters. The numbers matter. And sometimes you need the right professional in the room to help you understand what you may be missing.
That is why this is not a one-time class. It is an ongoing weekly development training designed to help members continue learning, analyzing, asking better questions and becoming more prepared.
Real Projects
Study actual development opportunities instead of only talking about theory.
Real Numbers
Work through acquisition, construction, financing, projected value, rents, profit and risk.
Real Conversations
Learn from the questions, experiences and challenges that come from people actually working on deals.
Stop Guessing. Start Following a Process.
Each week we use a practical development process to help organize the questions that matter before someone spends money, signs a contract, starts construction or approaches a lender or potential investor.
Learn Something Different Every Week.
One week we may break down a vacant lot. The next week it could be a rehab, rental property, small commercial building or infill development.
Some weeks we may spend most of the session working through one member's deal. Other weeks we may study several projects, focus on financing, construction, zoning, market analysis, or bring in a guest professional.
Submit a Project
Members can complete the Deal Review Form and submit a development opportunity for possible discussion during a weekly live session.
Use Practical Tools
Work with development calculators and tools designed to help you understand costs, financing, income, returns and project feasibility.
Bring the Right People Into the Room
From time to time, bankers, contractors, designers, zoning professionals, lenders and other specialists may join the weekly conversation.
Keep Learning. Keep Analyzing. Keep Building.
Membership gives you an ongoing place to continue developing your skills and learning from real projects.

A Teacher, Entrepreneur and Developer Who Is Still Learning Too.
Samuel D. Ellis has spent decades in business and has created more than 30 training courses and conducted thousands of webinars and training sessions.
He also completed six months of intensive real estate development training through a cohort alongside other emerging developers and continues working on development projects in the field.
The purpose of this weekly training is not to pretend that development can be mastered in one class. It is to bring people together, bring the right experts into the room when needed, study real deals, and continue learning together.
Why Weekly?
Because development never stops teaching you. Every deal creates new questions, new problems, new numbers and new lessons.
The goal is to keep improving our ability to recognize opportunities, understand projects and make better development decisions.
