Most owners don’t have a money problem. They have a clarity problem. Too much lives in their head: the numbers, the decisions, the systems, the “what happens if something happens to me.”

I help owners turn hard work into something their family can actually inherit — by bringing clarity to their business, finances, and structure before they try to grow.

My work focuses on simplifying what’s already there: understanding the numbers, identifying risks, organizing roles, and creating a business that can stand without constant pressure from the owner.

I believe legacy isn’t about size — it’s about structure.

Who I Am

My name is Sam Ellis. Many people know me as Coach Clarity — The Glue Man™.

That nickname didn’t come from theory. It came from years of experience watching people work harder and harder while things quietly fell apart underneath. I’ve learned that most breakdowns don’t happen because people aren’t capable — they happen because no one slowed down to look at the foundation.

My role isn’t to rush people toward answers.

My role is to help them see clearly enough to make the right next move.

I use stories, images, and videos to help people pause long enough to recognize the real problem — not just the loud one.

Through coaching, teaching, and practical tools, I help individuals and business owners:
